Whole grain bread - 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup honey, 3 eggs, 1/2tbs salt, 5 cups warm water, 4 cups flour, 3 cups grains (I used cracked wheat, stone rolled oats, chai seeds, flax, hemp hearts) 3tbs instant yeast, and 6 cups (approximately) more flour. Knead until smooth, then let rise 2 hours. DO NOT punch down cut into 6 equal portions and form into loaves. Bake at 350 until it the loaf sounds hollow when you "knock" on the top, about 30 minutes.

Healthy Banana Bread! -1 3/4 Cup of wholemeal flour -1/4 cup of coconut -1/2 Teaspoon of salt -1/2 cup of sugar -1/4 cup of honey -1 Tablespoon of chai seeds -1/4 cup of softened Butter -2 Large Eggs -1 1/2 cups of Riped mashed bananas (About for bananas) -1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt -1 Tablespoon of cinnamon. Cook For 50minutes in a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan at 180 degrees. Enjoy!
