  • 1/4 head Green cabbage
  • 5 Green tomatoes
  • 1 Red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 3 Yellow onions, cut into 1/4-inch slices, medium
Condiments
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Mustard powder, dry
Baking & Spices
  • 1 1-inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 1/2 tsp Allspice berries, whole
  • 1 cups Brown sugar, light
  • 3/4 tsp Celery seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cloves, whole
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Sea salt, fine
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 cups Apple cider vinegar
Other
  • Half of one large green bell pepper, cut into ¼-inch slices
