Hori Naotora was a samurai of the late Edo period who served as daimyo of Susaka han. He worked in various positions throughout the Tokugawa government, and was appointed Foreign Affairs Magistrate and wakadoshiyori in late 1867.  Born: September 26, 1836, Edo Died: February 10, 1868.
