I am trying to upload between 30 to 50 sets a week on birds. The work will be on labeling each stamp after that. I plan to label them by countries and also by species. Some of these will be mixed with my WWF collection.
Western Rosella (Platycercus icterotis Psittacidae)-- Recorded only in the south-western corner of Australia, the Western Rosella is seen in small flocks during winter, but at other times of the year it usually occurs in pairs or family groups.
Kakapo: super cool ground parrot, lives off the coast of New Zealand. Smells like honey, woofs like a dog, and "chings" like a cash register. Weighs about 8 pounds. Critically endangered - about 150 left!
