Ingredientes para 2 personas 2 papas (patatas) grandes 2 filetes de pollo Pimentón verde Pimentón rojo Cebolla 1 diente de ajo grande Preparación 1.Hervir las papas (patatas) sin cascara, luego cortarlas en dados y reservar 2.Cortar el pollo en julianas y sofreírlo en aceite de oliva, junto con el ajo bien picado 3. Cortar el pimentón verde, el rojo y la cebolla. Añadir al sartén con el pollo y cuando estén blandas agregar las papas. Mezclar todo bien unos minutos mas y servir.
