(When inflated with air the balloon will not float.) *DO NOT over inflate balloon or it will pop. *Exposure to extreme temperatures and sunlight can affect the appearance and performance of your balloons and glue dots. *Frays and holes on the nubs are completely normal and does not affect the performance or inflation of the balloons. Our balloons can be filled with helium but since it is double layered, it cuts the floating time in half. It is not recommended to fill the small balloons with helium, only the medium and large. 100% helium and correct inflation amount must be used in order for our balloons to float. * Balloon garland kits contain choking hazards, please use caution when assembling and breaking them down * SHIPPING: *All orders are processed within 1-3 days of receipt, unless you leave me a message in the order.
