Milanesa a la Napolitana...  a beef cutlet, breaded and fried, then a slice (or two) of thin, salty prosciutto.  A generous dressing of tangy tomato sauce.  Topped with thick slices of Mozzarella.  And the final touch--it's placed under the broiler until the cheese topping browns and bubbles.

MATAMBRE - Es un corte típicamente argentino, que se rellena con zanahoria rallada, pimientos rojos en tiritas, una mezcla de pan rallado, queso rallado y ajo y perejil picado. Condimentar con sal, ají molido y orégano. Al arrollarlo, se pueden agregar huevos duros. Se hierve o se hornea, largamente hasta que esté tierno. En rodajas , exquisitos sandwiches !!!!
