This is a great red curry grilled chicken recipe that is easy, quick and just delicious. Red curry paste is a blend of east Asian spices that really wakes up the flavor of food. But if you are afraid of too much heat in your food, don't worry, this chicken is not very spicy. Crockpot Sticky Chicken (to be used for other recipes that call for shredded chicken.) I have done this and it is like Rotisserie Chicken. DELICIOUS. You can also put on top of balls made of foil so chicken stays above juice. To make skin crispy, put under broiler but I don't bother.
Rotisserie chicken recipe made in slowcooker, 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3.5-4 lbs) 2 tbsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 cayenne pepper ( optional) 2 tbsp garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Mix ingredients together, stir in enough water to make a paste, rub over chicken outside and in. Cook in slowcooker 6-7 hrs on low, or 3.5-4.5 on high. I just cooked it today so good and moist. Next time I'm going to use real garlic. I also cut of the fat of the chicken.
