Ich will jetzt ganz ehrlich sein: den Kuchen hab ich mir fast alleine gegönnt. Zu meiner Entschuldigung sei zu sagen, dass ich nur die Mini-Version in 20 cm gebacken habe. Und mal ehrlich? Was sind schon 20 cm Kuchen? Bei Kuchen kommt es eben auf die Größe an. Hier gilt: Je größer desto besser.

Kennt ihr das, wenn ihr im Supermarktregal an diese kleinen Fertigkuchen herumstreicht, weil ihr jetzt unbedingt Hunger auf so eine kleine Biskuitrolle habt? Ihr könnt die leckere Creme schon schmecken und die kleinen Zuckerkristalle im Mund spüren? So ergeht es mir manchmal. Diesmal war ich aber tapfer und habe den Fertigkuchen ignoriert und die „old school“ Biskuitrolle selber gemacht. So einfach, so lecker.
