Pour 2 personnes : ▪️160 gr de risetti cru ▪️400-500 ml d’eau ▪️200 gr butternut hachée ou de la purée ▪️1 cube de bouillon de légumes ▪️1 oignon ▪️1 gousse d’ail ▪️10 gr d’huile d’olive ▪️10 gr de beurre ▪️20 gr de parmesan râpé ▪️1 burrata ▪️5 feuilles de sauge ▪️20 gr de noisettes ▪️1 burrata ▪️ Sel et poivre Hacher en petits morceaux la courge butternut ou préparer votre purée. Instructions below: . 1. First, separate the pumpkin seeds from the guts. Keep the guts for later. 2. Clean the seeds in a bowl of water, then rinse. Dry using a clean cloth. 3. Top with your favorite spices, either sweet or spicy. I used 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon paprika, 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. 4.
