Kristel Talie on Instagram: "Try this cheesy omelette for a quick and light breakfast 🍳 Ingredients 2 to 3 eggs per omelette 1 tbsp butter 1/2 cup grated Emmental cheese Handful of chopped cherry tomatoes Fresh basil leaves Salt and black pepper to taste In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until they become bubbly. Heat a pan on medium heat and melt the butter. Once the butter becomes foamy, add the whisked eggs. Sprinkle the salt and pepper. Using a spatula, pull the cooked eggs into the center, letting the liquid egg fill the space behind it. Continue doing so until the eggs are nearly set and you can flip the omelette over. Turn the heat down and add the cheese with the chopped tomatoes and basil. Fold the omelette in half and once the cheese melts, slide it onto your plate and
