lumpia - 1 1/2 lbs ground pork, 2 med chopped carrots, 2 celery stalks chopped, 1 med onion chopped, 1 egg, 1-2 Tbsp soy sauce, Adobo seasoning, seasoning salt, pepper, 1 1/2 pkg lumpia wrappers. Thaw out lumpia wrappers in fridge 2 days before. Keep wrappers covered with damp towel while rolling the lumpia. Cut each one in half before frying. Use sweet'n sour dipping sauce.
