These quick and easy biscuits will probably change your life. I could eat one of these buttery biscuits every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner if it weren’t for things like health and fitness getting in my way. They are wonderful for breakfast with jelly or gravy, or as a side dish for just about any meal. My family loves them! This recipe is surprisingly simple to make, and with the exception of the buttermilk, it has simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand.

Ingredients

360g softened cream cheese

70g confectioners’ sugar

10g cornstarch

3 eggs

1 egg yolk

100g heavy cream

 

Steps:

Softened the cream cheese. Add in confectioners’ sugar and beat until smooth. Add in cornstarch and beat until smooth. Gradually add in 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk, beat until well combined. Add in heavy cream and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 428℉(220℃). Line the loaf pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter and send into the oven to bake for 28 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool down in room temperature. Set it in the fridge to cool overnight. Slice and serve."

lefse recipe not sure about this but saw it so decided to post it - it isn't like the recipe I have in my head - which is 10# potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, 1 T salt, almost a half cup of sugar and a cup of cream, and about 3 cups of flour approx.
