22 reactions · 3 comments | Dollar Tree Bear Makeover | You’re not going to believe what we turned this Dollar Tree Valentine’s Day bear into! Check out our quick video. 🤗❤️🧸 #winterwonderland #inspired... | By Gnome & Backyard | Hi, everyone. It's Lee from Gnome and Backyard and if your Dollar Tree has this cute little tinsel bear, you're definitely going to want to grab one. First thing you're going to want to do is spray paint the bottom third of him black. Then, you're going to want to take maybe tan or a taupe color and spray paint the two little arms tan. You're then going to want to grab a nice big piece of faux fur. We're going to use our hot glue and we are going just go right below his ears and put a big line of hot glue right there. We are now securing our faux fur or our gnomes beard with the hot glue. I'm telling you guys, this is such a sweet, simple, and really quick craft. You are going to love it. I am adding just a little bit more hot glue to the back to definitely secure it. So now you can see his two little black feet are sticking out at the bottom. I am going to maybe fold his fur beard under a little bit more so you could see his little feet there. It's almost like he's sitting down. And then again with the two little tan arms. I wasn't sure you'd really see them or not and it really didn't matter. I just didn't want them to be white. I wanted them to be tan because they went a little bit better with the color of my beard. So now we have our little gnome with his beard sitting taking a red sock from the Dollar Tree. I'm recycling my plastic bag from the Dollar Tree by stuffing it into my sock and then I am actually just going to pull this right over the top of our teddy bear's head. I'm putting it right over his ears. Shaping it just a little bit. And then I'm going to just take the top part of our sock and hot glue it to the front of the hat so that the hat folds down so that it looks like a floppy winter's hat now I picked red because that was the color sock that I had you can use any color sock for any color hat you'd like red is going to look really cute for valentines day so I had it and I used it I'm now just taking one of my favorite pom pom balls because it's soft and fluffy and fuzzy and using that as his nose you can use whatever you'd like if you'd like to use a wooden bead if you'd like to use a ping pong ball and paint it from the Dollar Tree. So how absolutely simple was that but he is so sweet. I did keep two because I am going to keep the bear as is and now I also have a gnome. I am going to just attach a little bit of twine to the back of his hat to use as a hanger. I am going to hang this one on my door. You could choose to use this as a shelf sitter. That would be really really cute also. Well, everybody, I really hope you enjoyed this quick little craft from Gnome and Backyard. Thank you for sprinkling all of our videos. Please continue to do so. We truly do appreciate it and don't forget, check out our website at WWW dot Gnome and Backyard. com. Have a fantastic day.

So so sweet! 🤗❤️🎄 #inspire #christmasiscoming #Christmas... | By Gnome & Backyard | Hi everyone it's Lee from Gnome and Backyard and I wanted to show you a cute quick little craft with these Hobby Lobby mini Christmas trees I'm loving them and they are actually all 50% off right now so the first thing we're going to do is you could see these Christmas trees are like green wire they are glittered I love them they're just so adorable and I love the fact that they're minis too we're going to just take some different ribbons or accents and we're going to wrap it a the base of our trees. So for the first one there you saw I used like a gold lace. For this one I'm using a gold tinsel. And I am just hot gluing them around the base of my trees. Um like I said just to cover up we want to cover up that little bottom section and you'll see why in a minute. Now this one I'm actually taking some green yarn and I'm stuffing it all the way in the tree. I thought that would be fun to still see the green glitter wire the outside with the green yarn on the inside and it actually looks like a sweet tree so I'm loving that that's what we did different with this one and then for the last one I'm not sure I don't know I think I'm going to let it go right now next thing we're going to do is we are grabbing some small pieces of faux fur in assorted colors we're just putting a dab of hot glue and wrapping the fur around itself now these pieces are not big at all you can see they might be one inch by four inches and we're just wrapping them around themselves making a cute little fur ball I guess you'd call it and you could see we have a natural color a white and a gray and then I'm not sure for the last one I think I'm going to let that go for a minute so all I'm going to do is put some hot glue on the very top of my fur there and then place it into the Christmas tree and yes those are Christmas tree hats for sweet little mini gnomes that we could use on our Christmas trees we can put magnets on them put them on the refrigerator we can put ribbon on them and use them as a hang tag on a present they are just oh so sweet and I love how that little Christmas tree is the hat now for this last one I'm going to take this white fur that has some black tipping on it and I'm actually just going to take that fur and just spin it right up into the top of that hat so now it looks like a white tree and there's the beard down the bottom oh my goodness I'm loving the they are just too sweet. So, let's go into our nose stash and see what we can find. I'm going to use the smallest little furniture plugs that I have. These are from Hobby Lobby also and they are going to be the perfect size for some gnome noses and I love this container from Dollar Tree that we keep all of our noses in. So now, we're just going to take some hot glue and put it on the bottom, the flat part of our furniture button and then just secure it right there underneath our gnomes hat where the hat meets the beard and guys look at how cute these are I just love them they're adorable and you know my favorite part of any gnome craft is adding the nose so again these little Christmas tree ornaments are in the mini section at Hobby Lobby they are 50% off you can put a ribbon through the top to hang them you can put a magnet on the back but I really do hope you get the chance to craft some of these up for yourself thank you so much for continuing to sprinkle all of Gnome and Backyard's videos.

597K views · 4.3K reactions | Christmas Bells | Grab a pack of these cute little Christmas bells from Dollar Tree and craft up something oh so sweet! #WinterWonderland #crafter #inspire... | By Gnome & Backyard | Hi, everyone. It's Lee from Gnome and Backyard and I grabbed these cute little bellwood shapes from the Dollar Tree. You get 14 in a pack for a dollar and a quarter. So today, I am going to make what I think are some really sweet little ornaments and even some magnets. So, the first thing I'm doing is I'm getting a flesh-colored paint and I am just painting the little, I don't know, is it the little bell part on the bottom that hangs out of the bell. Anyway, I painted it flesh. Now, I'm taking my red acrylic paint and my green acrylic paint and I am painting the top part of the bells so you'll be able to see where I stopped with the red and the green and where that flesh is painted now I want to add a little bit of glitter to this so I'm taking my red glitter from Walmart. I am sprinkling it right on top of my red paint and we'll have some glitter adhere on top of that red paint. But while that's drying let's paint this other bell green. Now I'm using traditional Christmas colors you guys could use whatever colors you want for this use your favorite colors and this is a really fun craft for the kids really super and again you're getting a really big bang for your buck with 14 of these in a pack now I'm also going to take some silver and gold acrylic paint look at that you guys I love the song silver and gold the holiday song so I had to do some silver and gold and there now we wiped off our red glitter we're pouring the extra back into container and now we have four sweet little bells. A green, red, gold, and silver. Now, we're going to take one more bell and we are going to paint it white. Now, I'm not being very careful with this because the white is actually going to be underneath something but I am painting the top part of my fifth bell white. I'm going to put that off to the side for right now though. I am going to match up my green bell and my white bell and you'll see what we do a little bit later. So the next thing I'm doing I am just taking some faux fur, some very small scrap pieces. They are already cut in a triangular shape. And I am just putting a generous bead of hot glue on the back of my wooden bell. And I am gluing that faux fur on. And you guys we have a sweet little gnome ornament. Oh my goodness. How cute is he? He is just too cute. So let's do another one with a different color of faux fur. Onto our gold bell. We're going to use some browns and tan faux fur. You guys and again, you can dress these up a little bit more if you want. It's all up to you and now we have a third different piece of faux fur and again, we're just using hot glue on the back of the bell attaching the fur. Oh my goodness, it doesn't get much sweeter or much simpler than this craft, you guys. Look how cute that is and the bell is actually our hat and our nose for our gnome. Now, I am going to attach a wood bow my buttons and bows craft set on my wood shop and when I attach wood to wood and especially because there is some glitter on here I'm using an instant glue not hot glue because the hot glue really won't stick it will stick initially but then it'll pop off now what I wanted to do for a different beard is I am taking some white spackling from the Dollar Tree also and yes that's why I painted the top of this bell white because it is going to be underneath the white spackling but just in case some sparkling didn't I wanted to paint it white underneath. Now you could see what I did you guys. I covered up that hole. I covered up the hole that was on the top of the bell because our gnome can't have a hole in the bottom of his beard and now I took my instant glue again and I just glued the the beard to the hat. The nose is sticking out you guys. I'm loving this. This is so sweet. Yes. Thank you very much. You are so welcome. Um I took a star from the from again from wood shop I painted it gold and then I did just take some pasta pens some red orange blue and just put a few little sparkles ornaments on the top of my Christmas tree hat so now this one since the hole is covered that's okay we're going to put a magnet on the back you guys know Grandma Jean loves magnets so that one is going to have a magnet on the back thank you so much for continuing to sprinkle all of gnomes videos and I truly do hope you get the chance to craft some of these cuties up for yourself happy holiday A's.
