Dollar Tree wine glass. "Scribble trees" are done in dimensional paint and sprinkled with iridescent glitter. Glue rhinestone at top of tree. Bottom of glass: spread Mod Podge over bottom of base; sprinkle with iridescent glitter. When dry, paint over glitter with white paint. When dry, seal with Mod Podge or other sealant. Glue and wrap rhinestone tape around stem. Add snowflake and bow. Pic doesn't reflect the glitter, but it's beautiful!
