A superb antique, gentleman's travelling dressing case by first class maker Asprey and Sons of Bond Street, London. Dating to circa 1884-1885. It opens at the top and both sides open wide to reveal a range of different sized, fixed pockets that would have held silver-mounted bottles and various accessories include manicure and writing sets.
