Rouladen is a German meat dish that is usually consists of bacon, onions, pickles, and mustard. It is then wrapped with a thin slice of beef before cooking. This dish is also traditional in upper regions of Poland as well as the Czech republic. It was originally considered a commoner's dish but is now served during festivities.
