This was a winner from start to finish: A snap to prepare, slow-cooked and fall-apart tender, intensely flavorful and perfect for a family dinner or doubled for a crowd. I used a mixture of chicken breasts and thighs, but I may go all dark meat next time. Topped with toasted sesame seeds and sliced, green tops of scallions and served over rice. Delicious!
