David Lander, best known for playing Squiggy alongside Michael McKean as Lenny on ‘Laverne & Shirley,’ has sadly passed away.

Laverne and Shirley theme song written by Norman Gimbel and Charles Fox, performed by Cyndi Grecco. The sitcom aired on ABC from 1976 to 1983.

While Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams played best friends on TV, in real life, their friendship fell apart when Williams abruptly left the show during its eighth season.
