Meals for a Crowd
When feeding a large family, my biggest desire is to feed healthy and nutritious food. But I also have limited time to spend in food preparation so easy and quick are important too. I have found that roasting via our oven is a great way to accomplish these goals. Most vegetables can be roasted in the oven in large quantities and produce delicious side dishes. Below is a typical meal for us, all using the oven for roasting.
