In this video I show you how to prepare a pizza dough without kneading in a super easy way and with a fluffy result that you will love. So if you're ready to enjoy spectacular, hassle-free homemade pizza stick around and followed this recipe step by step. For the dough in a large container let's put four hundred and seventy grams of starch flour. This time I'm going to use three zeros flour. With the spoon I'm going to make a hole in the center. For the edges I'm going to place a teaspoon and a half of salt in the center we add half a teaspoon of sugar five grams of dry yeast so that you have an idea it would be a spoon like this. If you don't want to use dry yeast, you could substitute it with fresh yeast, which would be about twenty grams. We added fifteen grams of oil here you can use sunflower oil or olive oil approximately of oil would be two tablespoons now would subtract add the water in total of warm water we will occupy three hundred eighty grams the ideal would be to weigh it but in case they do not have weigh it I'm going to weigh it and show you how much water you'd need Look, I passed the maximum my meter measures, which is three hundred and fifty cubic centimeters. So, approximately, that would be four hundred cubic centimeters of water. Once they have added all the water, we will integrate it. Here, they help each other with a spoon or a spatula, and make sure to integrate it, very well. Remember that water has to be warm, not cold, or hot. I keep incorporating this I want to tell you that what I like most about this pizza dough that is not kneaded is that I really don't realize that I'm making pizza when we have the dough well integrated you'll see that it's pretty sticky. As I said this dough doesn't knead so as it is we're going to cover it and let it rest in a warm place where there are no air currents. I'm going to cover it with one of these silicone lids but you can easily cover it with a nylon bag, film or a sharpener. We're going to let the mass read for an hour. While the dough rests, I'm going to make a pizza sauce that's very simple and the one I always make at home. But if you have a sauce that is your favorite for making pizza, you make the sauce that you always make and it's going to turn out great too. Let's take an onion and bite it really well little one. To a garlic clove, I'm also going to bite it well little one. In a pot we put a little oil, add a clove of garlic, and cook it for a few seconds to let the oil get that rich garlic taste. We add the onions and cook it until the onions are well cooked. When the onions are transparent, we incorporate a cup and a half of tomato sauce. To spice it up I like to put dried basil that I prepare at home I'm also going to put some salt and oregano leaves. Obviously, condiments suit everyone's taste. So if they don't like something or they can't consume it. They replace it with what you guys prefer. Let's let the sauce cook over low heat. For about thirty minutes or until well cooked. Necessary while they are cooking the sauce you can add a little water or broth. Before we continue with the dough, we take two roasts and we're going to oil them very well. After an hour that the mass was resting, look what grew. Notice how airy it is here on the side. Now, with the help of a little flour, I'm going to peel the dough out of the container. If you liked this video, you can help me by giving it a like and sharing it on your social networks, or with that person, who might find this recipe super useful. Let's put a little flour in the starch and on the flour the dough bun. With the help of a cornet I'm going to make a bun. You will see that the dough is very smooth and easy to work with. But if they notice that they stick a lot, they can put a little more flour on it. We're just going to make a bun. When we have a well-shaped bun, we divide it in half, and each bun, we give it a round shape. Notice I'm doing it with my hands and see that it doesn't stick. I just put enough flour in the whole bun. To stretch the mass and if you are motivated you can do it like this with your hands and otherwise I will teach you a way that is much easier. Sobre la placa aceitada ponemos uno de los bollos y con la ayuda de las manos vamos estirándolo. If the dough sticks in your hands you can moisten it with a little oil and if you can't put a little flour but don't put a lot of it. When we have the pizza well formed on top we put some sauce that needs to be warm and distribute it very well. We're going to do the same with the other mass. We put it on the grill, stretch it with our hands and then put sauce on it. When we have the two pizzas ready we will let them rest in a warm place where there is no air current for thirty minutes. While the dough rests I'm going to prepare some eggplants because at home we like to add a vegetable or several to one of the pizzas. But this time I'm going to make eggplants. So once the eggplants are peeled. Shredded them this size. And then I cook them in a frying pan with a little oil until golden brown. From one side. I flip them and the other side too until they are golden. If you're one of those who like to add something on top of the pizzas that every time you prepare a pizza that can't be missed I invite you to leave it below in the comments. After thirty minutes, pizzas look like this. To cook the pizza we put it in a preheated oven at two hundred degrees for about ten minutes or until you see that when moving the grill the pizza comes off. I'm going to show you how they look down. Now all you have to do is put it together with what you like best to get it back in the oven. I like to put a little more sauce on it. You can put mozzarella on top, but if you don't like mozzarella, or you can't eat it. You can substitute it for creamy cheese or lean cheese. And they put it back in the oven, until the cheese is well melted. For the second one once it comes out of the oven with the melted cheese I'm going to put the eggplant slices and the other half a little roquefort cheese and it's back in the oven for a couple minutes. This is how they come out of the oven. Look how cute they turned out. And with the images of how they look inside. Let's say our goodbyes. I hope you found this recipe useful. And that you can surprise your loved ones with this delight at your next gathering or dinner. Remember that cooking is about experimenting and adding your personal touch to each dish. So don't hesitate to unleash your creativity and try different combinations. See you next time. Chau, chau.
