Say “YUM” if you would eat these Crispy Onion Chips 😋🙌 by @ketosnackz   How to make them:   Slice a whole onion super thin. Place each slice betweeen two piles of shredded cheddar on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 6-10 mins @ 400F until crispy.   Then mix 1 tsp horseradish, 3 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp sugar free ketchup for a super easy blooming onion sauce 🤤👌

Ingredients: 1 zucchini 2 eggs 1 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella & cheddar Salt & pepper to taste  How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Blend or grate your zucchini and squeeze out all of the moisture. 3. Add back to the blender with the rest of your ingredients (or simply mix in a bowl). 4. Spread thinly across a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. 5. Take it out, add your favorite fillings and enjoy!  I filled mine with turkey, ham, pepperoni and American cheese 😋👌  Pro tip: This works better as a flat bread than a wrap but either way is delicious! Just be careful when rolling it and let it cool completely before messing with it 👍
Flavor-packed Crushed Potato Pie! 🥔✨ (via: @shicocooks)  Ingredients: 2 large potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil (divided) Salt & pepper to taste 50g mozzarella 8 cherry tomatoes (halved) 5 slices shallots Handful of spinach (wilted) 2 eggs 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg 50ml milk Parmesan & basil leaves for garnish  Directions: 1. Boil potatoes, then transfer to a 20cm greased baking tin and crush. Press firmly, creating the sides. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake at 200C (fan) for 40-45 min. 2. Add mozzarella, tomatoes, shallots, and spinach. 3. Whisk eggs, cream cheese, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic powder, and milk.  4. Bake for 30-35 min until settled. 5. Sprinkle Parmesan, garnish with basil.  #potato #pie #baking #glutenfree
