Mini Pies Ingredients: Cooking spray 1- Puff Pastry 1 can peach pie filling 1 can blueberry pie filling 1 can cherry pie filling 1 egg, for an egg wash Sugar sprinkles Directions: 1. Grease the inside of one regular size muffin tin and the outside of another. 2. Lay the puff pastry on top of the muffin tin that is sprayed on the inside. Use the other muffin tin to press on top of the dough to make wells. 3. Add a spoonful of pie filling in each well. 4. Use a pizza cutter to cut into 12 separate pieces. Then pull the corners of each towards the center and press to seal in the middle. 6. 6. Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles. 7. Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
