Glute bridges are one of my fav exercise when it comes to glute activation. Besides, glute bridge strengthens the erector spinae, which gives better posture. And it will also teach you how to properly extend your hips (posterior pelvic tilt) and will help you to perform a great and heavy hip thrust. But are you doing it right? try to achieve a full hip extension and big glute squeeze with posterior pelvic tilt; chin tucked and eye gaze forward; rib cage down; push through the hills.
