My favorite plan so far. I would eliminate the casita and guest suite for downsizing, increase the office size to include a closet and make the powder room a full or 3/4 bath for resale Incase someone wanted a 4 bedroom home. I would extend the great room out so that is at least 17’ wide and change the master suite accordingly. Lastly, add a large closet by the garage entry for coats, shoes etc
