Mix two 15-ounce cans of rinsed and drained low-sodium chickpeas, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon each cayenne pepper and freshly ground black pepper. Bake in a single layer at 425°F for 22 to 24 minutes.
