How to Get Rid of Rolly-Pollies

Rolly-pollies, also known as pill bugs, are small purplish-gray creatures that roll into a ball when they feel threatened. They are crustaceans, more closely related to lobsters and crabs than to insects. They are attracted to decaying vegetable matter, such as food in your trash and even the mulch around your home.

I have a question to ask this mirror
The little things in life 🐜 Why not add some woodlice to your terrarium? They feed on dead organic matter, and in turn release nutrients for your plants. And most importantly, they are so incredibly fun to observe as they are super clumsy 🙈 And don’t worry! They can’t climb up the glass, so there’s no risk that they’ll end up crawling around your living room 😄
Woodlice ready for dinner..🙃
It’s the little things in life 🐜 In case you’re wondering why I keep pet woodlice 😅 Its because I place them in terrariums that I build. They make an excellent clean up crew, eating dead plant matter and in turn releasing nutrients for the plants. This keeps the terrariums clean and mould-free, while creating a self sustaining nutrient cycle 🤓 What do you think? Are they cute 🥺 or gross? 🤢
