Fitness: strength training, more cardio, consistent workouts, movement even just walks when possible 


Immerse Self Into Nature: ground bare feet on the grass and soil, smell the fresh air, go on more hikes and surround self with outdoors as much as possible to reconnect 




Nourish the Body: eat healthy gut friendly, colorful foods as much as possible and get that water intake. Try to decrease bingeing behavior while also not restricting.




Clean Spaces: try and keep car, desk and house tidy to take ownership over your spaces (backpacks and bags included)




Positive Self Talk and Mental State: continue with therapy and anything that aides in mental well-being and self love/ positive self talk
