5 rounds(9 exercises per round)
10 chest press 
10 shoulder press 
10 flys
10 lateral side raises 
10 triceps extensions
10 bicep curls 
10 revesre crunches 
10 reverse flys
10 pull overs

Rest for: 1-2 minutes between rounds
Target time: sub 30mins

The key to this upper body pump is to keep the weight light so as to complete a full round without taking your hands off the dumbbells.
You can rest the weight on your thighs for example if you absolutely need a rest so long as those dumbbells are still in your hands.
I used x2 10 kg dumbbells, which for me was adequate for 5 rounds. Admittedly on the chest press, slightly light. On the lateral side raises, slightly heavy, but you’ll find in most circuits when us Incline Dumbbell Front Raise, Dumbbell Lateral Raise Form, Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise, Alternating Dumbbell Press, Upperbody Dumbell Circuit, Body Pump, Calisthenics Workout, Shoulder Press, Bicep Curls
