This cake was a long time in the making and something that I have been excited about for months. All of the decorations were handmade out of either royal icing or gumpaste, the character figurines are the only thing that is was not edible. The bottom tier is chocolate cake with homemade chocolate mousse filling, the top tier is yellow cake with homemade strawberry filling, and the pineapple house tier is yellow cake.
