On my plate on Instagram: "Sushi triangles 🍣🍣  You’ll need  1 x can of tuna (in spring water)  10g x 1/2 fat kewpie mayo  10 mls x light soy sauce  60g x rice (raw)  40g x avocado  2 x seaweed sheets   - Cook the rice as directed - Combined the tuna, mayo and soy sauce  - Start assembling your sushi wraps, a layer of rice, layer of tuna, then avo and then top with another layer of rice.  - Fold up your little triangles! 2 cup cooked short grain white rice
