Instead of splashing we are going to use the resistance under the water to deepen the workout, strengthen the core and recruit other muscles that nornally wouldn’t be engaged in the action! It’s a great work out if you suffer from any chronic pain. The beauty of working out while floating in water is we get to take a break from gravity’s pull. Which can be quite nice for anyone with bad knees, back pain, or arthritis!
