Raquel Ravivo on Instagram: "Crispy Edamame 💚✨ might even be better than crispy chickpeas..They’re lightly sweet, which compliments the chilli oil in the best way. Here’s the recipe + oven instructions if you don’t have an air fryer:  1 cup of frozen shelled edamame 1 tbsp chili crisp  1. Microwave the edamame until just cooked, then pat dry with a clean kitchen towel. Combine with chilli crisp and air fry at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.   *If you’re using an oven, preheat to 425F, line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat and spread the edamame chilli crisp mixture evenly over the pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.   2. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before eating (they get crispier as they cool).
