Chef Nobu Matsuhisa has been an inspiration to Rockwell Group since working together on his first Tribeca restaurant in 1994.

Occupying the ground floor and cellar level of historic 195 Broadway building, Nobu’s design connects old and new.

In 2013, Rockwell Group completed the design for innovative workplace collective NeueHouse. A decade later we returned to renovate the cellar level.
