Here's a great idea for how to display the shells, the beach glass, the interesting stones that your kids fill up their pockets with. Just glue one of the objects to the top of a glass or plastic food jar (use a strong adhesive like Amazing Goop). When the glue is dry, paint the lid and the attached item a pretty color.
