Recorder Karate Progress! I have nearly 120 students per grade level so displays of each student name doesn't work for me. Plus when I tried my first year, the kids were negatively competitive with each other outside my room (oh you're ONLY at white belt!?) despite my best efforts. So here's my solution! The kids work together to fill up their class recorder for each color. Makes it more of an accomplishment for the group.
