My Nguyen on Instagram: "Save this recipe for Korean Raw Marinated Crab! I used two pounds of frozen blue crab I bought from H Mart for $10. First rinse under cold water, cut sharp edges off and then soak in cold water and juice of one lime for 20 minutes to get of any fishy smell. The marinade is 1/2 cup gochugaru, 1/4 sugar, 1/4 soy sauce, 1/4 fish sauce, 1/4 sesame oil, 1/4 agave, 1/4 rice wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons minced garlic, 2 tbsps ginger paste and 1/4 sesame seeds.
