Pitta Bread
 
Ingredients
350ml of warm water
1 sachet of quick action yeast
2 tsp caster sugar
1tbs rapeseed oil and a little for brushing
700g  strong wholemeal bread flour ( I used Allinson Wholemeal Seed & Grain).
1tsp salt
 
Method
In a large mixing bowl, add the warm water, yeast and caster sugar. Stir, cover and set aside for 5 minutes or until the water becomes frothy
Add the oil, then sieve in the flour and salt.
Bring together roughly with a spatula
Tip out on a clean work surface and knead until smooth and pliable (around 12 minutes)
Place the dough back in the bowl and brush with a little oil
Cover with a damp tea towel
Leave to sit in Wholemeal Bread, Pitta Bread, Bread Ingredients, Flatbread Pizza, Rapeseed Oil, Pita Bread, Caster Sugar, Bread Flour, Work Surface

Ingredients:
310g self raising flour 
300g greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic granules 
1 tbsp oregano 
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mixed spice 
1/8 tsp baking powder

Coriander butter 
handful-coriander diced
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp garlic granules 

For pitta bread: 
Cook using a dry pan and allow air pockets to fill and flip often to cook evenly

For flatbread:
Cook in 2 tbsp olive oil and press out any air pockets while cooking then baste with butter
