My metalworking shop has always been a bit of a mess, but it had gotten REALLY bad lately. I went back to the drawing board and gave that side of the shop a complete makeover, reorganizing it and optimizing the tool layout and workflow.

What do you guys think? (24x26 unheated detached garage.) OSB is about 3-4 bucks cheaper a board, but pretty ugly. I think I'd still have to paint both anyway. Since I have 9' walls, I thought I could get a few sheets of aqua board cut to strips to run along the bottom for added moisture protection. (Previous owner who built garage never installed sill foam, so I sometimes, get a little water between the sill and the pad during heavy rain, although I plan to use a bead of caulking…

Painted OSB Walls - idea for garage walls.

I painted the room that is going to be initially used for storage. Eventually Dave wants to use it for a wood shop. He wanted it tan, I prefer to call the color sand, but it's official name is Basket Beige. I was a little nervous at the drying process...
