Lily Martinez

Lily Martinez is a designer who worked at Mattel from 1998 until 2015. During the initial creation of Monster High, she was tasked with creating designs. Her designs (as far as face and body) did the best in focus group tests with children, which prompted them to be used in the final product. Many of the clothing items she designed went unused, except for Draculaura's boots, and Lagoona Blue's entire design, which she made from "head to toe".[1]
