High hurdle mobility drills are an essential part of any athletes strength and conditioning workout program. 

These drills:

☑️ improve active mobility 
☑️ improve coordination
☑️ increase heart rate and core temp serving as a warm up
☑️ prepare the athlete for sprinting and jumping 
☑️ prevent injuries by warming up muscles through large range of motion in a dynamic fashion
