Adam joined the resident artist program last fall, he has a true love for raising: the craft of making hollow, three-dimensional forms from sheets of metal. His projects are inspired by rhyton drinking vessels that end with the torso of a spacesuit. Drinking horns with animal may have had to do with the embodiment of the animal’s power through drinking. For Adam, the most fascinating frontier is space exploration which is encapsulated in the power of the space suit. #PenlandSchoolofCraft
