Parmesan Martini
2 oz Parmesan infused gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz olive brine
Garnish: olive oil and black pepper

Method: combine gin, vermouth, and olive brine in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and drizzle with high quality olive oil and garnish with black pepper.

Parmesan-infused gin: grab a 12oz jar and fill it half way with shredded Parmesan. Fill to top with gin. Shake and let infuse in fridge for 24 hrs. The next day, strain once using a fine mesh strainer. Strain again using a coffee filter.
