24 · Trust me, you’ve never had oatmeal cookies like these before. They’re soft, chewy, and baked with brown butter for extra rich flavor. These cookies can be made by hand and require very few ingredients. All the flavor is the brown butter so need for extras!

- • 1 cup Brown sugar, light or dark packed
- • 1 Optional - flaky sea salt
- • 1 tsp Salt
- • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
