Let’s do this! 💪 
All you need is a resistance band (fabric or regular). 

Follow these steps for a super effective routine that targets your legs and glutes:

1️⃣ Place the band under your foot and pulse it up. 
2️⃣ Switch legs and repeat on the other side. 
3️⃣ Move the band up to your thighs. This is a half sit: toe on the floor, heel up, and sink down, pulse with resistance. 
4️⃣ Repeat on the other leg. 
5️⃣ Side-to-side squat. Stay wide with the band for resistance—don’t let those knees cave in! 
6️⃣ Repeat on both sides. 
7️⃣ Pulse back: toe angled to the floor, heel up, and pulse with a slightly bent standing leg.
