Setelah pertarungan Boboiboy dan Fang melawan Kapten Kaizo yang ternyata ialah abang Fang, Boboiboy dan kawan-kawan kembali ke bumi. Beberapa hari kemudian, Boboiboy dikagetkan dengan kedatangan dari adiknya yang ternyata akan dipindahkan bersamanya di rumah Tok Aba karena orang tuanya yang akan bekerja di luar negeri. Entah akan bagaimana kehidupan Boboiboy dengan adiknya nanti. Aksi petualangan yang sama seperti pada cerita umumnya!! Bercampur dengan Cinta dan emosi!!
