These Koa wood bowls are personally harvested wood from the Koawood Ranch. After rough-turning a Koa bowl to about an inch thick, the artist lets the wood dry for several months. Then, he remounts the wood on his lathe for a final round of shaping and sanding. Each piece is buffed and polished to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind Koa wood heirloom.
