Description DAY 14: JIANG-SHI Zombie vampires from Chinese folklore, Jiangshi are an interesting case for monsters. They are stiff so they have to hop after victims and unlike zombies or vampires they feed on the souls of their victims. They are one of my favorite Asian monsters aside from yokai in Japanese folklore.
