The first time was the year before also on the landing but on the opposite side and on a smaller scale. That reel also went viral and was in the press, along with this one. Since then, this hack is EVERYWHERE! It’s a bit mind blowing really. I got a lot of flack on TikTok with every man and his son coming at me to say how stupid I was… and of course my wall would hold a heavy mirror. I put it to them that they don’t own a period property and quite frankly they don’t know what they’re talking about. When I did the smaller scale one I used the Ikea mirrors and would highly recommend.
