I want to cry

Everytime I cry about something, I regret it later.

As much as you may not want to believe it, crying is very important! When I was younger I always felt so ashamed of how often I would cry, I was called "too sensitive" and told I take things "too personally" I was a crier, and that's okay. I have big feelings and often I don't know what they are or how to express them so I cry. I don't cry so much any more, but when I do I make sure I let it all out. Why is crying important?
